摘要
为了改变印染厂依靠老师傅经验进行参数设置的现状,本文通过响应面法与遗传算法相结合来找出印染参数最优解。先利用响应面法建立质量特性与工艺参数间的回归函数关系,接着将其数学转换成总期望函数单一测量指标,并作为遗传算法中的适应值函数,最后通过遗传算法寻优来求出工艺参数的最优解。通过本文的研究,最终获得了最优的参数组合。
This research combinate response surface method and genetic algorithm to optimize the result of printing and dyeing. At first establish the regress relation between quality characteristics and process parameters, and then converts multi-quality characteristics to single index by expected function. Serving as fitness function of genetic algorithm, the index will find optimal solution of the process parameter by the genetic algorithm. Through the research we finally find a best solution of printing and dyeing.
