摘要
大力拓展零散货物快运业务是铁路货运组织改革的一项重要内容,为了加快实现向现代物流企业转型,在概述京津冀零散货物快运发展现状的基础上,针对信息化、装卸设备设施、运输时效性、物流设施、产品宣传方面存在的一系列问题,提出提升信息化水平、提高装卸装备水平、强化运到时限保障、加大营销宣传力度、完善场站设备设施条件、建立全程物流服务质量追踪考核制度、健全客户档案优化等措施,从而提高服务质量,优化运输产品及客户体验,促进京津冀零散货物快运更好地发展。
Greatly developing bulk cargo express business is an important content of railway freight transport organization reform. In order to accelerate the transfer to modern railway logistics enterprise, on the basis of summarizing development status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei freight express, targeting with a series of problems existing in informationization, loading equipment and facilities, transport punctuality, logistics facilities and products propaganda, this paper puts forward relative measures, such as increasing informationization level, improving loading equipment level, strengthening guarantee of arrival time limit, expanding propaganda degree of marketing, improving equipment and facility conditions of station yard, establishing quality tracking and appraisal system for whole-process logistics service and completing optimization of customer files, so as to increase service quality, optimize transport products and customer experience and promote better development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei freight express.
