巯基-烯修饰纤维素气凝胶的制备及其染料吸附的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用一步法制备出乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性的气凝胶(SA),并用巯基-烯点击反应将巯基丙酸(MPA)和半胱胺盐酸盐(Cys)接枝到SA气凝胶上得到功能化气凝胶。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、机械性能测试等对气凝胶进行表征。实验结果表明,氨基化气凝胶(SA-Cys)和羧基化气凝胶(SA-MPA)都具有良好的机械性能,其中SA-MPA压缩强度可达到86 KPa,压缩模量也可达到90 KPa。选用阴离子型染料活性蓝KN-R和阳离子型染料罗丹明B(Rh-B)来研究SA-Cys和SA-MPA的吸附性能。研究结果表明,SA-MPA与SA-Cys有良好的吸附性能,而且都可以重复吸附染料。 Thiol-ene click reaction approach had been applied to synthesize multifunctional cellulose aerogel by grafting 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) and cysteamine hydrochloride (Cys) on the silylated cellulose microfibril aerogel surface. The as-prepared aerogels were well characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), and compression tests analysis. Both MPA-grafted SA aerogel (SA-MPA) and Cys-grafted SA aerogel (SA-Cys) displayed excellent mechanical strength, and the compressive stress and modus of SA-MPA could reach 86 KPa and 90 Kpa. SA-MPA and SA-Cys aerogel had high adsorption efficiency to remove dye KN-R and Rh-B, and those aerogels could be used repeatedly.
