三板溪水库鱼体中的汞分布特征研究

Study on Distribution Feature of Mercury in Fish from Sanbanxi Reservoir

为了研究Hg在不同鱼类及其组织中的分布特征。采用冷原子荧光光谱法测定了鱼体不同组织中的总Hg含量。结果表明,三板溪水库8种鱼类肌肉中的Hg含量特征为:三角丁>翘嘴鱼>鲤鱼>白甲鱼>青背鱼>罗非鲫鱼>鲫鱼>白鲢鱼;Hg在鱼体中主要富集在鱼的脾脏中;三板溪水库8种鱼体Hg含量均未超标。

o study the distribution characteristics of Hg in different fish and their tissues. The total content of Hg in different tissues of fish was determined by cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results show that the mercury content characteristics is pelteobagrus fulvidraco〉culter alburnus basilewsky〉cyprinus carpio〉onychostoma sima〉qingbei〉oreochromis mossambicus〉carassius auratus〉Hypophthal michthysmolitrix. Hg was mainly concentrated in fish spleen. Hg content of 8 fishes in Sanbanxi reservoir didn＇t exceed official limits.
