摘要 文章利用恒电位法在Q235电极表面制备了苯磺酸钠掺杂聚吡咯薄膜,并采用电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线对其防腐性能进行了研究。结果表明:制备聚吡咯膜的较为优化的条件为:电化学聚合电压为1.0 V,pH为3,电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线表明相对于空白Q235和Q235/聚吡咯,Q235/苯磺酸+聚吡咯具有更好的抗腐蚀性能。 The Q235 electrode surface preparation of polypyrrole fihn doped with benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt was prepared by using the constant voltage method in the paper. And the corrosion resistance was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to and polarization curves. Results showed that the optimum conditions of preparation of polypyrrole film: Electrochemical polymerization of voltage of 1.0 V, pH=3, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curve shows that relatived to blank Q235 and Q235/polypyrrole, Q235/benzene Sulfonic acid sodium salt+polypyrrole has better corrosion resistance.
