“通体结香技术”所结沉香挥发性成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了验证比较通体香沉香与天然沉香在化学成分与药理活性等方面的异同,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS)对4批"通体结香技术"所结沉香的挥发性成分进行分析。结果表明,"通体结香技术"所结沉香的挥发性成分主要为芳香族化合物、倍半萜、脂肪酸和2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物,与天然沉香具有相似的挥发性成分。 In order to compared the difference between Aquilariae Resinatum Lignum (ARL) with the whole-tree agrawood-inducing technique and the naturally formed ARL in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities. The volatile constituents in 4 batches of sample were analyseded by GC-MS. It showed that the volatile constituents in samples mainly consisted of aromatic constituents, sesquitepenes, fatty acids and 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone, which were similar to the naturally formed ARL.
