支撑剂在水力压裂液的应用现状

摘要 压裂现已成为油气井增产的一项重要措施,支撑剂性能直接决定油气井的经济效益。综述了中外支撑剂发展概况,介绍了常用支撑剂石英砂、人造陶粒和树脂包砂并对其进行性能对比分析,重点分析了支撑剂表面材料的应用,新型水凝胶膜、热塑性、氟化、磁性、无机支撑剂具有配伍性好,耐腐性强,导流能力强,破碎率低的优点,这对于石油天然气的开采具有重要的意义。 Fracturing has become an important measure to increase oil and gas wells, and proppant performance directly determines the economic benefits ofoil and gas wells. This paper summarizes the development of Chinese and foreign proppants, and introduces the comparative analysis of the properties of proppant sand, artificial ceramic and resin coated sand. It mainly analyzes the application of proppant surface materials and new proppant hydrogel, thermoplastic, magnetic, inorganic. It has the advantages of good compatibility, corrosion resistance, strong diversion ability and low broken rate, which is of great significance for the exploitation ofoil and gas.
