摘要 芳烃异构化反应主要作用是在临氢条件下通过双功能催化剂进行反应,将贫PX的C8芳烃转化为近似平衡浓度C8芳烃,从而为吸附分离装置提供含较高PX浓度的C8芳烃进料。本文致力于利用Petro-SIM软件进行芳烃异构化反应的模拟及应用,并发现适当减少异构化反应系统后的脱庚烷塔顶的甲苯含量有利于降低C8芳烃收率损失。 Aromatics isomerization reaction is transforming carbon 8 aromatics that is low concentration of p-xylene into an approximate equilibrium concentration of carbon 8 aromatics by using the bifunctional catalyst in the presence of hydrogen, so that can provide carbon 8 arene containing high concentration of p-xylene for adsorption separation device. This paper is devoted to the simulation and application of aromatics isomerization by using Petro-SIM software, and found that appropriate to reduce the content of toluene on the top of deheptane tower after isomerization reaction system is conducive to the reduction of Carbon 8 aromatics yield loss.
