对本市一港口近海输油管道进行定期检验,对所发现的问题进行了原因及风险分析,提出了风险控制及整改措施。结果表明,海洋大气环境腐蚀是近海输油管道腐蚀失效的主要原因,使用单位加强安全管理、监管机构加大检查力度是降低事故风险的有效措施。

The periodical inspection of the offshore oil pressure pipe was made, and the causes and risks of the problems were analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion of marine atmospheric environment is the main reason for the corrosion failure of offshore oil pipeline. The company to strengthen safety management and supervision agencies to increase inspection was effective measures to reduce the risk of accidents.
