摘要
以测定中性洗涤纤维为例,用180目尼龙网自制样品滤袋,同时采用简易回流的方法,探讨实验教学方法的改进。实验表明自制滤袋法测定酸性洗涤纤维实验省去耗时的过滤步骤,简化洗涤步骤,脱水更彻底,实验时间变得可控,可在6学时完成实验,并保证了实验的成功率。经Q法检验,实验数据精密度较高,并可同时测定多个平行实验数据,甚至是不同的试样。利于培养学生的动手能力,适用于实验教学。
