摘要 以测定中性洗涤纤维为例,用180目尼龙网自制样品滤袋,同时采用简易回流的方法,探讨实验教学方法的改进。实验表明自制滤袋法测定酸性洗涤纤维实验省去耗时的过滤步骤,简化洗涤步骤,脱水更彻底,实验时间变得可控,可在6学时完成实验,并保证了实验的成功率。经Q法检验,实验数据精密度较高,并可同时测定多个平行实验数据,甚至是不同的试样。利于培养学生的动手能力,适用于实验教学。 Taking the neutral detergent fiber as an example, a self-made sample bag with 180 mesh nylon net was used, and the method of simple reflux was used to discuss the improvement of the experimental teaching method, Experiments show that the method of self made bag filter method can eliminate the time-consuming filtration step, simplify the washing step, complete the dehydration, and the experiment time can be controlled. The experiment can be completed in 6 hours and the success rate of the experiment is guaranteed. The experimental data by Q test precision is high, and can simultaneously measure a number of parallel experimental data, or even different samples. Which is beneficial to cultivate students' practical ability, and is suitable for experimental teaching?
