图书馆的转型与发展已成为一个重要的问题,高校图书馆正处在一个变革转型的时期,高校图书馆的战略规划的制定和实施对高校科研和教学具有重要意义。文章选取了欧美地区几所优秀大学,哈佛大学、堪萨斯州立大学、康奈尔大学、加拿大卡尔顿大学、加州大学,对其图书馆战略规划的内容进行介绍,并进行综合分析,对比我国高校图书馆战略规划中存在的不足,总结国外高校图书馆战略规划对我国的启示。参考文献17。

The transformation and development of the libraries has become an important problem, the universities libraries are in a transition period of change that the universities libraries＇formulation and implementation of strategic planning is of great significance to the scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities. This article selects a few outstanding universities of Europe and Ameri- ca, such as Harvard University, Kansas state university, Cornell university, Canada~ Carleton university and the university of Califor- nia, introduces the strategic planning of the libraries, and makes a comprehensive analysis, contrasts to the defects of universities li- braries strategic planning in our country and sums up the enlightenment of the overseas universities libraries, strategic planning for our country. 17 refs.
