活血利胆退黄经验方对CMV感染相关胆汁淤积性肝炎患儿的辅助治疗效果观察

Huoxue Lidan Tuihuang Formula of CMV Infection Related Cholestatic Hepatitis in Children

目的:研究分析活血利胆退黄经验方辅助常规西医疗法治疗巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染相关胆汁淤积性肝炎患儿的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的123例CMV相关胆汁淤积性肝炎患儿,随机分为中西医组62例和西医组61例,两组均给予更昔洛韦抗病毒、保肝护肝、维生素、熊去氧胆酸等常规治疗,中西医组加用活血利胆退黄经验方进行辅助治疗,两组患儿的疗程均为5周,观察临床指标及治疗效果差异。结果:治疗后中西医组的TBIL、DBIL、TBA值均显著的低于西医组患儿(P<0.05),中西医组的CVM-DNA转阴率59.68%显著的高于对照组52.46%(P<0.05)。中西医组患儿的黄疸消退时间、肝脏回缩时间、脾脏回缩时间均显著的短于西医组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗后中西医组的中医证候积分值显著的低于西医组患儿且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中西医组患儿的总有效率(98.39%)高于西医组的(95.08%)但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血利胆退黄经验方辅助常规西医疗法治疗CMV感染相关胆汁淤积性肝炎能够尽快缓解患儿的临床症状、体征及指标恢复,是对西医疗法的重要补充。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Lidan Tuihuang Formula and Western medicine treatment of cy- tomegalovirus （CMV） infection related cholestasis hepatitis in children..Methods ：A total of 123 cases of CMV hepatitis were di- vided into the combination group 62 cases and Western medicine 61 cases. Two groups were given anti -viral, vitamins, hepato- protective conventional treatment. The combination group added Huoxue Lidan Tuihuang Formula. Two groups were treated for five weeks. The clinical indicators and treatment differences were observed. Results：After treatment, the combination group＇s TBIL, DBIL and TBA values were significantly lower than those of＂ the western medicine group （P 〈0.05）. The combination group＇s CVM - DNA negative rate was significantly higher than control group＇ s 52.46% （P 〈 0.05 ）. The jaundice subsided time, the time of liver retraction and the time of the retraction of the spleen were significantly shorter than those of the western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the TCM syndrome integral value of the combination group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the total effective rate of the combination group （98.39%） was higher than that of the western medicine group （95.08 % ）, but the difference was not sta- tistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Huoxue Lidan Tuihuang Formula and routine western medicine therapy of CMV in- fection can alleviate the patients clinical symptoms, signs and indicators of recovery as soon as possible and Huoxue Lidan Tu- ihuang Formula is an important supplement to western medicine therapy.
