温振运气方治疗慢性疲劳综合征负性情绪临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Wenzhen Yunqi Formula in Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with Negative Emotion

目的:观察温振运气方治疗慢性疲劳综合征负性情绪的临床疗效。方法:150例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分组,分别运用中药温振运气方和中成药补中益气丸治疗。并观察治疗前后疲劳量表(Fatigue Scale,F-14)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、中医证候积分的变化。结果:疲劳疗效:两组经治后在总分以及躯体疲劳分值均较前减轻(P<0.05);温振运气组经治后脑力疲劳较前减轻(P<0.05);两组治疗后疲劳总分和躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。焦虑疗效:两组治疗后在HAMA总分、精神性、躯体性因子分值均较前降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后在总分和精神性因子存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。抑郁疗效:HAMD总分:温振运气组治疗后较前下降(P<0.05),补中益气组治疗后较前无明显差异,两组治疗后总分相比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。因子比较:治疗后温振运气组除阻滞外其余6个因子均低于补中益气组(P<0.05);温振运气组疗后体重、日夜变化无差异(P>0.05),其余因子均较前减轻(P<0.05)。结论:中药温振运气方可有效改善慢性疲劳综合征患者的躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳,缓解焦虑、抑郁等症状,且缓解抑郁症状优于补中益气丸。

Objective：To observe the chnical efficacy of Wenzhen Yunqi Formula in treating chronic fatigue syndrome with neg- ative emotion. Methods：A total of 150 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome patients were randomized to use traditional Chinese medicine Wenzhen Yunqi Formula and Chinese medicine Buzhong Yiqi Pills. Fatigue Scale was observed before and after treatment （Fatigue Scale, F- 14）, Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and the change in symptom scores. Results ： Fatigue effect ： after treatment the two groups＇ physical fatigue scores were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Wenzhen Yunqi Formula group＇ s mental fatigue reduced after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment fatigue scores, physical fatigue and mental fa- tigue between two groups were significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Anxiety effect： After treatment, HAMA total score, spiritual and physical factor scores were reduced （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the total score and spiritual factor after treatment. Clinical depression： HAMD score： Wenzhen Yunqi Formula group＇ s reduced （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Buzhong Yiqi group＇ s had no significant difference. There was significant difference between them. Factor Comparison： After treatment, except blocking, Wenzhen Yunqi Formula group＇ s remaining six factors were lower than those of the Buzhong Yiqi Formula group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The body weight, day and night difference were not significant in Wenzhen Yunqi Formula group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） and the remaining factors reduced significantly（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine Wenzhen Yunqi Formula only can improve physical fatigue and mental fatigue of CFS patients ,relieve anxiety ,depression and other symptoms, and relieve symptoms of depression than Bttzhong Yiqi Pills.
