百癣夏塔热胶囊治疗青春期痤疮疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Baixuan Xiatare Capsules for Adolescent Acne

目的:观察百癣夏塔热胶囊治疗100例青春期痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的100例青春期痤疮患者随机分成两组,对照组外用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶;治疗组在前者的基础上口服百癣夏塔热胶囊,治疗8周。第4、8周各随访一次。结果:治疗第4周时,治疗组的有效率与对照组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;治疗第8周时,治疗组的有效率与对照组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:百癣夏塔热胶囊治疗青春期痤疮安全有效。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Baixuan Xiatare Capsules in the treatment of adolescent ac- ne. Methods ：A total of 100 patients with adolescent acne accorded with the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to two sets. The control group was treated clindamycin phosphate gel. The treatment group was also treated Baixuan Xiatare Capsules for eight weeks. The follow - up was 4,8 weeks. Results ： At 4th week treatment, the difference between the treatment group and the controls was statistically significant,P 〈 0.05. At 8th week treatment, the difference between the treatment group and the controls was sta- tistically significant, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion ： Baixuan Xiatare Capsules was safe and effective in the treatment for adolescent acne.
