银杏叶提取物的药理作用及其临床应用研究进展

Research Progress of Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Application of Ginkgo biloba Extract

银杏叶提取物(GBE)是从传统中药银杏的干燥叶中提取的具有独特药理活性的混合物,GBE中含有黄酮类、萜类内酯、有机酸等多种化学成分,具有抗氧化、清除自由基、改善循环、抗血小板聚集、保护神经系统等主要药理作用。临床上被广泛应用于治疗心脑血管疾病,并取得了较显著的治疗效果。该文对近年来有关GBE的药理作用及其临床应用的研究进行综述,希望能为临床中更好的使用GBE提供一定的理论参考。

Ginkgo biloba extract is a mixture of unique pharmacological activities which is extracted from dry leaves of Ginkgo biloba. Ginkgo biloba extract is contained in a variety of chemical composition, such as flavonoids, terpenoids, organic acids and so on. The main pharmacological effects including oxidation resistance, scavenging free radicals, improve circulation, anti - platelet aggregation and protecting the nervous system. The Ginkgo biloba extract has been used widely in the treatment of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease and obtains a significant therapeutic effect. In this paper, the studies of the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Ginkgo biloba extract in recent years were summarized, hoping to provide a certain theoretical reference for a better use of Ginkgo biloba extract in the clinic.
