巨大食管异物一例报道并文献复习

Huge Foreign Body in Esophagus: Report of One Case and Literature Review

食管异物为临床急诊常见病,多发于儿童和老年人,且常常不能提供正确病史,容易导致误诊误治。如得不到及时、有效治疗,则容易引起食管穿孔等并发症。本文报道了1例外院疑诊为急性胰腺炎的巨大食管异物患者的临床诊治经过,并结合文献复习,以提高临床医生对该病的认识,减少误诊。

Foreign body in esophagus is a clinical common emergency disease,which often occurs in children and the elderly. Moreover,misdiagnosis and therapeutic errors are caused as patients are often unable to provide correct medical history. It will easily lead to serious complications such as esophageal perforation if the patient cannot get timely and effective diagnosis and treatment. The paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of one case with huge foreign body in esophagus of suspected acute pancreatitis in the other hospital,and combines with literature review to improve the clinicians＇ understanding of this disease and reduce misdiagnosis.
