摘要
文中以管理学中有关员工保持理论为指导,通过对一大型国企航运企业近年高级船员流失情况统计分析,得出影响高级船员流失的主要因素,并从企业内部管理视角,提出控制或减少高级船员流失的对策。
Guided by the employee maintenance theory in nianagement, the paper makes conclusion on the major causes for the outflow of senior crew officers based on the statistics and analysis on the outflow of senior crew officers of a giant state-owned enterprise in the recent years and puts forward countermeasures to control or reduce the outflow.
