摘要 采用计算流体力学方法,对燃气热水器翅片管换热器烟气的温度场、速度场进行数值模拟。翅片管换热器采用管子为错排形式的连续翅片管束,管子上方翅片有冲孔。管子错排布置有助于增强传热效果,降低金属消耗量。管子上方翅片的冲孔可破坏尾流区的边界层,有利于强化传热。 The numerical simulation of tempera- ture field and velocity field of flue gas in finned tube heat exchanger for gas water heater is carried out by fluid dynamics method. Staggered finned tube bundles are arranged in finned tube heat exchanger, and the fins above tubes are punched. The staggered arrange- ment of tubes can improve heat transfer effect and re- duce the metal consumption. Punching fins above tubes can destroy the boundary layer in wake zone, which is conducive to enhance heat transfer.
