摘要
分析农村天然气用气特点,针对现状农村LNG瓶组供气设施存在供应用户较少的局限性,从规范要求和农村实际出发,探讨LNG橇装气化设施(以储罐为储存设备)的规模,以满足北京市"十三五"时期"煤改气"的农村用气需求。针对LNG供气设施的危险因素,提出确保LNG橇装气化设施安全稳定供应的技术措施及相关建议。
The characteristics of natural gas consumption in rural areas are analyzed. In view of limitations of less users of LNG cylinder group supply facilities in rural areas, according to the code require- ments and rural reality, the scale of LNG skid-mounted gasification facilities with storage tank as storage device is discussed to meet the rural gas consumption demand for switching from coal to gas during the period of 13th Five-Year Plan in Beijing. Aimed at the dangerous fac- tors of LNG supply facilities, technical measures and related suggestions for ensuring safe and stable supply of LNG skid-mounted gasification facilities are pro- posed.
