摘要
双脊波导是某雷达天线的重要组成部分,其口径尺寸对雷达的电讯指标有着直接的影响。针对双脊波导加工周期长、工艺环节多,以及部分双脊波导口径尺寸单向超差等问题,进行了其法兰焊接环节和热处理环节的工艺改进。对改进工艺后加工的一批双脊波导进行追踪,结果表明,其幅相一致性传输特性得到了保证,电测指标全部合格,保障了产品的交付质量。
The double vertebrae waveguide is an important component of radar antennae, its caliber measurement can di- rectly influence telecommunications index of radar. Focused on the problems of long manufacturing time, overmuch process links, unidirectional out of tolerance of part of double vertebrae waveguide caliber size, and so on, did the Improving of process of frame welding step and heat treatment step. And traced the a batch of double vertebrae waveguide manufactured by improved process, the results showed that the amplitude and phase consistency of it can ensured, all electrical measuring indicators were qualified, which guaranteed the quality of production delivery.
