摘要
设计了一种机械式停水自锁水龙头,该水龙头主要由阀体、阀芯、自锁杆和阀芯开关等组成。当供水正常时,通过自来水自身的压力,使阀芯上浮,并到达工作位置,此时工作状态与正常水龙头一样;当停水时,阀芯依靠自身的重力和弹簧的推力下移,使水龙头自动关闭,同时自锁杆卡入自锁槽,达到锁死目的。
Design a mechanical locking water tap which is mainly composed of valve bodies, valve core, valve core switch, self-locking rod and so on. When the tap water supply is normal, the valve core is floating through the pressure of tap water to the working position, then the work state is together with the good tap. When cut off water, the automatic closing is relied on the gravity of valve core and the pushing force of the spring. At the same time, the self-locking rod gets into the self-locking groove to achieve the purpose of locking.
