摘要
本文从生鲜电商产品供应链的分析出发,识别了隐藏在生鲜电商供应链中的产品质量风险因素,包括:供应风险、包装/标签/标识风险、冷链风险、仓储风险、电商平台管理风险。以标准化为视角,指出生鲜电商产品质量问题的实质是标准化问题,在此基础上提出生鲜电商产品质量风险控制的建议。
Starting from the analysis on the product supply chain of fresh food e-commerce enterprises, this paper distinguishes the product quality risk factors in the supply chain of such enterprises, including supply risk, package/label/identification risk, cold chain risk, storage risk, e-commerce platform management risk. It indicates standardization as the essence of product quality issue and on this basis puts forward suggestions for product quality risk control from the perspective of standardization.
