中国制造业产业结构优化的探讨——以制造业细分行业为视角

Discussion of the Optimization of Industrial Structure of China's Manufacturing Industry: from the Perspective of Manufacturing Industry Segmentation

本文对中国制造业30个细分行业利用熵权法构建产业结构优化评价指标,探究中国制造业及其细分行业的产业结构优化进程。研究表明,制造业产业结构水平呈波动上升趋势,但尚未达到优化的"质变",各个行业的情况也有所不同。结合研究成果,对我国产业结构优化提出政策建议,即继续实施与产业结构优化相关的政策、因产业而异、鼓励与市场需求相适应的创新、配套相应的政策和机制等。

This paper uses entropy method to build the industrial structure optimization evaluation indexes for 30 Chinese manufacturing industry segments. Using the indexes, we can explore the optimization process of Chinese manufacturing industrial structure and its segments. The analysis indicates that manufacturing industry structure level rises with fluctuations, hut has not reached a level of qualitative transformation, and each in- dustry is also different. Finally, this paper makes some policy recommendations based on the findings. The government should continue to imply the policies related to the industry structure optimization, change policies aiming to different industries, encourage innovation matching with market demand, issuing relevant policies, and so on.
