中学青年教师思想现状分析与对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasure of Modern's Young Teacher's Ideology

青年教师是我国教育改革和发展的生力军,是未来教育事业的希望所在,特别是中学教师,在我国人才培养体系中起着承上启下的关键作用。当前,中学青年教师思想状况的主流总体上是积极向上的,他们绝大多数具备精力充沛、思想活跃、勇于创新、好学能干、可塑性强等优点。但由于自身经历和社会环境的影响,也存在着一些不容忽视的问题,亟需采取得力措施,努力使其真正成为"有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心"的好老师。

Young teachers are the major force of education reform and development, and they are the key power to the future education. At present, the mainstream of young teachers thought overall is positive. Due to the special position, experience, and the influence of social environment, the structure of knowledge and their career, young teachers have their own thoughts and actions of different features with some problem which needs to take effective measures to strengthen education and at the same time try to make them the real ＂ideal and faith, moral sentiment, with solid knowledge and kindness＂.
