摘要 对某火电厂600 MW机组新增湿式电除尘器(wet electrostatic precipitator,WESP)的主要运行性能指标进行了现场性能试验研究,包括粉尘排放质量浓度及除去率、PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)排放质量浓度及除去率、液滴含量、SO_3质量浓度、Hg质量浓度、本体阻力、烟道阻力、系统电耗等指标。性能试验结果:WESP的主要性能指标均能达到设计的性能要求,WESP出口的粉尘排放质量浓度平均为3.43 mg/m3(标准状态下,下同),满足环保要求(5 mg/m^3),验证了所进行的WESP现场性能考核试验方法的可行性。 This paper studies field performance experiment on major operational performance index of the new wet electro- static precipitator (WESP) of 600 MW unit in one thermal power plant, which includes index of dust emission mass concen- tration and removal efficiency, PM10 and PM25 emission mass concentration and removal efficiency, liquid drop content, SO3 mass concentration, Hg concentration, body resistance, flue resistance, system power consumption, and so on. Experi- mental results indicate that all performance index of WESP can meet requirements for design and average dust emission mass concentration at the exit of WESP is 3.43 mg/m3 under the standard state which can satisfy requirement for environment protection. It proves feasibility of the method for field performance experiment on WESP.
