摘要
介绍了低氮燃烧技术在青山热电1 125 t/h煤粉锅炉的应用情况。通过对锅炉原设计参数及锅炉燃烧情况进行分析,提出了降低炉膛出口过量空气系数、空气分级燃烧及更换低氮燃烧器的改造设计方案。测试结果表明,锅炉经低氮燃烧改造后,在锅炉效率基本不变的情况下,省煤器出口的NO_x排放浓度显著降低。
This paper introduces application of low NOx combustion technology in l 125 t/h boiler in Qingshan thermal power plant. By analyzing original design parameters and combustion of the boiler, it proposes transform design scheme of reducing furnace exit excess air coefficient, adopting air staged combustion and replacing low NOx combustor. Testing results indicate that after low NOx transform and in the case of boiler efficiency basically being unchanged, NOx emission concentration at the exit of economizer is significantly lowered.
