摘要 针对常规基于随机采样的蒙特卡洛评估方法计算效率低且指标的收敛性及稳定性不佳,不适用于工程规划中的可靠性评估的问题,从工程适应性的角度出发提出了一种实用的组合系统可靠性评估方法,首先应用等分散重要采样模型模拟系统故障状态,然后通过连通矩阵的乘法运算进行拓扑辨识,最后采用最优负荷削减模型计算故障状态下的负荷削减量。在IEEE-RTS79测试系统上的算例分析结果表明,所提方法能有效加快指标收敛速度,提高运算效率及计算结果的稳定性。 In allusion to problems of low calculation efficiency of conventional Monte Carlo evaluation method based on ran- dom sampling and poor astringency and stability of index which is not suitable for reliability evaluation in engineering plan- ning, this paper presents an applied evaluation method for reliability of composite system in aspect of engineering adaptabili- ty. This method firstly uses average-scattered importance sampling model to simulate system fault state, and then conducts topology identification by means of multiplication of connectivity matrix, finally it employs optimal load shedding model to calculate load reduction under thethod can effectively accelerate astringency speed of index and improve computation effi- ciency ae fault state. Example analysis based on IEEE-RTS79 system indicates that the proposed mnd stability of calculation results.
