摘要
采用不同浓度氧化铝溶胶对304不锈钢进行了涂覆处理,研究了涂覆次数、溶胶中碳酸钠浓度对氧化铝薄膜在900℃下循环氧化100 h的氧化动力学行为。结果发现,用20%碳酸钠溶液制备的溶胶涂覆1次不锈钢试样得到的氧化铝薄膜循环氧化膜剥落最小,而用25%碳酸钠溶液制备的溶胶涂覆2次不锈钢试样得到的氧化铝薄膜试样循环氧化增重最小。采用溶胶-凝胶法氧化铝薄膜处理有效地促进了304不锈钢的选择氧化,提高了合金的抗高温氧化性能。
The 304 stainless steel is coated with alumina sol of different concentration.The influence of coating times,sodium carbonate concentrate in sol on the oxidation dynamics action of alumina film under 900 ℃and circularly oxidized for 100 hours is researched.It is showed that circularly oxide film of alumina film has the smallest spalling when coating the stainless sample just one times with the sol of 20% sodium carbonate,and that has the smallest increased weight when coating the sample two times with 25% sodium carbonate.This method effectively promotes selection oxidation of 304 stainless steel,improves the high-temperature oxidation resistant ability of alloy.
