摘要
针对烧结机湿法脱硫系统中增压风机运行效率低、耗电量高的问题,介绍了该系统取消增压风机的技术分析和实施方案。在增压风机进出口加装短接烟道后,主抽风机运行正常,实践证明:在主抽风机压力余量足够克服脱硫系统管网阻力的条件下,取消湿法脱硫系统的增压风机可行并且效益显著。
It is introduced the technical analysis and implement plan to remove the booster fan in the wet desulfurization system of sintering machine to solve the problems:its lowoperation efficiency and high consumption of electricity.The main drift fan runs orderly after adding short circuit flue pipe between exit and entrance of the booster fan.It is proved from practice that the remove of booster fan is feasible and has a excellent profit if the main drift fan has spare pressure enough to overcome the resistance of pipe net of desulfurization system.
