摘要
针对唐钢不锈钢1580热轧线在镀锡基板、家电板等表面质量要求较高的问题,在加热工艺、高压水除鳞、轧辊辊面管理、工艺润滑、层冷辊道、侧导板、夹送辊等工序采取的一系列控制措施,有效地杜绝了氧化铁皮、铁皮灰、擦划伤、冷轧色差等表面缺陷,一检合格率由40%提高到85%。下游用户使用该产品,由表面质量造成的产品质量降级由6%下降到1.5%。
To improve the surface quality of tin base plate,household electrical appliances sheet,a series of control measures is adopted in work stages：heating,high-pressure scale-removing,roll surface management,process lubrication,layer-cooling roll table,side guide,pinch roll,and the surface defects such as scale,scale ash,scratching,cold-rolling color aberration are effectively eliminated,the one-pass rate raised from 40 to 85 percent.With it,the quality degradation of products of the downstream user,caused by sheet surface quality defects,decreased from 6 to 1.5 percent.
