摘要
针对高炉煤气余压发电机组(TRT)推力瓦温高的问题,介绍了TRT推力瓦的结构和工作原理,从推力瓦块表面修复、循环润滑油系统改进、推力轴承和机组轴封安装等方面进行处理,降低温度后提高了发电量。
To solve the problem of too high temperature of thrust bearing shoe in blast furnace top gas pressure power generation set(TRT),the structure and work principle of TRT thrust bearing shoe are introduced.The treatment is done in the following fields:surface repair of the shoe,improving circular lubrication oil system,thrust bearing and set axis seaming install,and then the temperature lowered,power generation quantity increased.
