To solve the problem of too high temperature of thrust bearing shoe in blast furnace top gas pressure power generation set（TRT）,the structure and work principle of TRT thrust bearing shoe are introduced.The treatment is done in the following fields：surface repair of the shoe,improving circular lubrication oil system,thrust bearing and set axis seaming install,and then the temperature lowered,power generation quantity increased.
