人类胚胎植入前诊断的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 植入前遗传学诊断（PGD）是在人类辅助生殖技术的基础上筛选无染色体异常的胚胎，诊断并选择未见遗传缺陷的胚胎植入子宫，帮助妊娠成功、减少出生缺陷。1990年一对X-性连锁疾病夫妇通过PGD诞下一名健康女婴，标志着PGD走入临床应用阶段。
