基于战略视角的制造业人力资源管理探讨——以宁波汽配行业为例

摘要 在我国实施创新驱动战略,着力进行制造业转型升级之际,以创新性人才培养为代表的制造业人力资源管理就显得十分重要。文章从界定战略人力资源管理等概念出发,以宁波汽配行业为例分析了当前我国制造业实施战略人力资源管理面临的主要问题,进而分三个方面提出了具体实施对策。
