摘要
以低密度、耐高温、高比强及抗氧化性能优异的碳纤维为原料,设计了碳纤维多层织物,并对多层织物结构进行研究。利用碳纤维多层织机,经合理设计经向截面图、组织图、纹板图、穿综图和穿筘图,织造了6层碳纤维角联锁织物,优化了织造工艺,节约了生产成本。该织物可以作为复合材料的增强结构骨架,经各种成型工艺复合形成高强度碳纤维复合材料。
Carbon fiber features low density, high temperature resistance, high specific strength and excellent antioxidant performance, the multi-layer fabric is designed with carbon fiber, and its structure is studied. The carbon fiber angle interlock fabric with 6 layers is fabricated on carbon fiber multi-layer diagonal weaving equipment through the reasonable design of warp section diagram, organization chart, pattern drawing, heald figure and reeding figure, etc, the weaving process is optimized and production cost is saved. This fabric can be used as a reinforced structure frame of the composite material, forming high strength carbon fiber composite material with the complex molding process.
