摘要
针对三组分耦合段彩纱纺纱工艺准备过程中存在的粗纱混配色困难、段彩纱数据量大、管理繁琐等问题,设计了三组分耦合段彩纱工艺准备系统。该系统基于KUBELKA-MUNK双通道理论,可实现3种粗纱的混配色;设计工艺参数计算模块可实现参数的自动生成;利用以太网通信将生产工艺参数输出到PLC控制器,实现对三组分耦合段彩纱纺纱装置的生产控制;利用数据库管理不同类型段彩纱的数据。测试结果表明,该系统可简化段彩纱工艺准备工作,满足设计要求。
In order to solve the problems of difficulty in color matching in roving, huge data of segment color yarn and complex management in the production of three-component coupling segment color yarn, a preparation system is designed. This system can realize the color matching of three kinds of roving yarns based on KUBELKA-MUNK dual-channel theory. The parameters can be set automatically by calculating the processing parameters, and the colors yarn manufacturing is controlled with the PLC controller by transferring the process parameters to PLC controller through Ethernet. Also, the database management software is used to administrate different kinds of data. The test results show that this system is able to simplify the process preparation for colors yarn production and satisfy the designing requirements.
