摘要
针对喷气织机中控制纬纱的储纬器,分析了FDP储纬器工作过程,阐述了储纬器控制单元的硬件和软件的设计思路,在MCU控制的基础上,开发了一种储纬器控制装置。织造试验结果表明:该装置能够有效控制储纬器完成存储纬纱和纬纱定长功能,操作简便、工作可靠稳定,能够满足现代喷气织机高速织造的要求。
For the weft accumlator for controlling weft yarns in the air jet loom control, the FDP weft accumlator work process is analyzed, and hardware design and software design of the weft control unit are described. Based on the MCU control, a new weft control device is developed. The weaving experiment results show that this device can effectively control the weft accumlator to complete function of accumlation and weft length setting. With the features of simple operation, stable and reliable operation, it can meet the modem requirements of high speed air jet loom.
