摘要
针对气箱脉冲收尘器出口温度控制不连续以及温度稳定性差的问题,采用模糊PID控制策略,运用专家的知识和思维,进行学习与推理、联想和决策,由PLC完成数据采集及模糊PID控制,并由工控机实现监控,大大减小了动态偏差,温度稳定性提高,获得了比较理想的控制效果,使收尘效率达到99%以上,解决了矿渣微粉对环境的污染问题。
Aiming at the problem of discontinuous temperature control and poor temperature stability of the pulse box dust collector, we make use of the fuzzy PID control strategy by using expert knowledge and thinking, learning, reasoning and decision making. The data acquisition and the fuzzy PID control are realized by PLC, and monitoring is realized by IPC. The dynamic deviation is greatly reduced, the temperature stability is improved, and the ideal control effect is obtained. The dust collecting efficiency is over 99%, which solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by slag powder.
