基于建筑类型学下的开放式住区空间布局研究——以合肥市典型住区为例

当前我国城市处于快速发展的阶段,封闭式的住区布局模式已经不能满足城市发展的需要。在城市快速扩张的背景下,文章运用建筑类型学的研究方法,以开放式住区的空间布局为研究对象,选取合肥市典型的开放式住区为研究案例,结合调研结果的分析研究,对城市开放式住区空间布局方面进行深入的探讨,并为未来开放式住区的空间布局规划提供启示和建议。
