经济政策视角下农村电子商务发展问题及对策探析

The Development Problems and Suggestions of Rural E-commerce from the Perspetive of Economic Policy

经济新常态下,农村电子商务成为支持农村经济发展的重要力量。文章从经济政策的视角出发,阐述其顺应农村市场经济在农村电子商务发展中发挥的扶持作用,聚焦农村电子商务的发展问题,探讨发展建议。研究结果表明在农村政策的引导下,农村电子商务可以从推动信息消费增长、完善物流基础设施建设和加强人才培养三个方面缓解发展问题,实现农村经济政策的落实和经济的稳步提升。

Under the new economic norm, the Internet economic effects promote the rural e-commerce to become an important industry which support the development of rural economy. In this paper, from the perspective of economic policy, we clear the role of the support from national policy to rural e-commerce, focus on the deveopment problems of rural e-commerce and explore development suggestions. The research result shows that under the guidance of national policy, the development problems can be solved in three aspects： promoting information consumption growth, the logistics infrastructure constrution improvement and strengthen the personnel training, which can implement the national policy implementation and stable improvement of the rural economy.
