在"大力推进多层次资本市场体系建设,积极发展场外交易市场"的背景下,我国区域股权交易市场得到了快速发展,但同时区域股权市场存在着交易低迷、交投清淡等问题。目前已经有部分区域股权市场参与了股权众筹平台的建设。文章分析了我国股权众筹平台建设过程中存在的问题与风险,论证了区域股权市场参与股权众筹平台建设的优势,并比较了我国区域股权市场参与股权众筹平台建设的三种模式,在此基础上提出了安徽省区域股权市场参与股权众筹平台建设的构想及制度框架。

This article has analyzed our country to raise public equity problems and risks in the process of platform construction, demonstrates the regional equity market participation of the congregation raised platform advantages, and summarizes the three models of regional equity market in China to participate in the public equity raised platform construction, on the basis of the Anhui province regional equity market to participate in the construction of the public to raise equity model and system platform construction.
