摘要
教师专业化发展的重要性不言而喻,然而,案例教学、微格教学等教师专业发展路径与策略通过"正向"顺推的方式往往只能解决教师专业发展的部分问题。现实情况下,我们需要借助评价找准教师专业发展上存在的共性问题,采用"逆向"反推策略从整体上解决区域教师专业发展的基本问题,从激发教师自我教育力的角度实现教师的"内生长"。为此,市、区、学校等利益相关部门应做到目标一致,建立指向教师专业发展的三级"逆推"评价体系。
It is self-evident that teacher professional development is extraordinarily important. However,some problems about teacher professional development is partly to blame for positive- going approaches and strategies such as Microteaching,case-based teaching.In reality,we need to find out the common problems existing in the teacher professional development by means of the evaluation,solve the basic problems of regional professional development for teachers by adopting the reversion strategy,and realize teachers' inner growth from view of inspiring their self-education. Thus,it is required that cities,districts,schools and other stakeholders should be kept consistent inthis goal and set up a three-level reversion evaluation system for teacher professional development.
