摘要
学校是青少年学习和生活的主要场所,是影响青少年身心发展的重要微环境。为了探讨青少年学校氛围与其学校适应之间的关系,同时考察学校参与在其中的作用,本文对广东省5所中学的875名高中生进行调查,结果发现:青少年的学校氛围感知与其学校参与、学业成就、主观幸福感显著正相关,与内外化问题行为显著负相关;青少年的学校参与和学业成就、主观幸福感显著正相关,与内外化问题行为显著负相关;学校参与分别完全中介青少年学校氛围感知与学业成就、内外化问题行为和主观幸福感的关系。
The school is the main place for adolescents to study and live,which has an important micro-environment affecting adolescent physical and mental development. With a sample of 875 high school students,this study examines the relationship between adolescent perceptions of school climate and school adjustment via school engagement. The results indicate that adolescent perceptions of school climate is positively associated with school engagement,academic achievement and subjective well-being significantly,and is negatively associated with internal and external problem behavior obviously,and is positively associated with academic achievement and subjective well-being critically;the adolescent school engagement is negatively associated with internal and external problem behavior significantly,and totally mediates the relationship between the adolescent perceptions of school climate and academic achievement,internal and external problem behavior,and subjective well-being.
