社会性企业成长过程及其自组织演化机理——创业生态系统视角的研究

Research on the Growth Process and the Self-organization Evolution Mechanism of Social Enterprises Based on the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

以创业生态系统为背景,探讨社会性企业成长过程及其自组织演化机理。基于社会性企业成长模型,分析社会性企业成长各阶段受创业生态系统不同程度的影响,提出自组织演化模型,证明创业生态系统中网络扩张对社会性企业自组织演化具有影响作用并表现出自更新、自适应、自催化、自循环等特征,表明社会性企业对创业生态系统具有一定的联结、革新作用,但不是驱动其成长的唯一要素。

This paper deeply discusses the growth process and its internal evolution mechanism of social enterprises based on the background of entrepreneurial ecosystem.It builds social-enterprise growth model,and analyses the each stage of social enterprises growth that are impacted by entrepreneurial ecosystem in varying degrees at the same time.Then,this study proposes self-organization evolution model and proves that the self-organization evolution of social enterprises is impacted by the expansion of entrepreneurial ecosystem network,so it often shows us some characteristics,such as self-renewal,self-adaptation,self-catalysis and self-circulation.Finally,it also shows us that social enterprises play a certain role in connecting and innovating the entrepreneurial ecosystem,although it is not the only element to drive the growth of entrepreneurial ecosystem.
