载脂蛋白CIII在非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的作用研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）在发达国家和我国富裕地区已经超过病毒性肝炎成为慢性肝病的首要病因,严重影响人们的健康及生活。NAFLD由环境因素和遗传因素共同决定,其发生发展常伴随高甘油三脂血症（HTG）。载脂蛋白CIII（ApoCIII）在脂质代谢中起重要作用,它可通过多种途径增加血浆甘油三酯（TG）水平,引起HTG。
