Summary of Public Opinion Literature on Food Safety Network in China

从逻辑一致的角度系统全面分析了大量关于食品安全网络舆情的文献。首先回顾了食品安全网络舆情的内涵,并通过相关统计数据分析食品安全网络舆情相关研究的关注情况;接着梳理相关研究的内容和方向,主要着眼于食品安全事件、监测预警、网民行为、舆情的引导和应对等,同时对文献研究方法及研究工具进行简单的统计梳理;最后总结了食品安全网络舆情的研究现状并展望了未来的研究重点。

This paper systematically analyzes a large number of literatures on food safety public opinion from the viewpoint of logical consistency. This paper firstly reviews the connotation of the public opinion of food safety network, and analyzes the relat-ed research of food safety network public opinion through the relevant statistical data. Then, the content and direction of related research are reviewed, mainly focusing on food safety incidents, monitoring and early warning, netizen behavior, public opinion guidance and response, etc. Meanwhile, the literature research methods and research tools are combed. Finally, it summarizes the current situation of food safety network public opinion research and looks forward to the further study of the content.
