摘要
传统农产品供应链粗旷式生产模式下,物质资源利用率低、产品绿色度不高、环境污染等问题十分突出。如何构建农产品绿色供应链、采用何种方式驱动供应链绿色发展,将"低耗高产、无废无污、绿色安全"贯穿于农产品供应链中成为值得重视和研究的问题。为此,构建了政府、加工企业及农户的三方演化博弈模型,探讨可持续发展效益、罚金、补贴、转移支付等驱动机制对供应链绿色化进程的影响;分析系统稳定水平及不同绿色度投入量对博弈方演化趋势的影响。研究结果表明:政府对可持续发展效益的高度重视、高处罚力度、高补助及绿色供应链构建初期较大绿色度投入水平都将有助于推动农产品供应链绿色化的进程。
In the traditional agricultural supply chain model, the resource ut ilization for material is inef f icient , green degree which attached by product is not high, and environmental pollution problem is serious. How to bui ld green supply chain for agri-cultural products, which manner can drive green supply chain growing, and how to make the opinion of the "low yield, no waste no pol lution, green and safe" throughout the agricultural supply chain has become worthy of attention and study questions. The paper construct the three - side evolutionary game model to investigate how the sustainable development benefits, the fines, the subsidies, the transfer payments to affect the construction of agriculture green supply chain; the paper also analysis the stabi liza-tion levels of the system, how the different degrees of green ,which game player has input on, to affect the evolution of trends. The results show that the rise of the emphasis on sustainable development, the high penalties,the high subsidies and the larger in-itial level of investment in Green Supply Chain will help us to speed up the green agricultural supply chain progress .
