传统注射器冲洗与根尖负压冲洗对根尖清洁效率的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较传统注射器冲洗技术和根尖负压冲洗技术对根尖1 mm区域碎屑的清理效果。方法:取新鲜拔除的下颌单根单根管前磨牙20个,建立根尖周模型后,将其随机分为2组(n=10)。然后用Protaper Universal镍钛系统以冠向下技术将各样本的根管预备至F3,在预备过程中对CN组样本用#31传统注射器冲洗负压冲洗;对NP组样本用由#25、#27、#31冲洗针头组装而成的负压冲洗装置进行根尖负压冲洗(冲洗液均为52.5 g/L Na CLO和170 g/L EDTA)。根管预备完成后的所有样本分别经脱钙和石蜡包埋后,于距离根尖孔1 mm处进行横断切片,并对切片进行HE染色;然后在光学显微镜下观察各组根管内的有机碎屑残留情况,并通过图像分析软件测量其碎屑清除率。结果:CN组根尖1 mm水平处的平均清洁率为97.83%,NP组为99.34%(P<0.05)。结论:根尖负压冲洗对根尖1 mm水平处的清洁效果优于传统注射器冲洗。 AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of apical negative pressure irrigating system and conventional needle irrigation method in removing debris from root canals. METHODS : The canals of 20 extracted premolars with single canal, were instrumented with ProTaper Universal system and irrigated with 52.5 g/L NaCLO and 170 g/L ED- TA. Then the teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 10). During root canal preparation, the canals in CN group were irrigated using a 31 - gauge irrigation needle, in NP group with a series of apical negative pressure irrigation needles. After root canal preparation, all teeth were decalcified, embedded , serial sections were prepared at 1 mm from the apical level and examined by HE staining, the debris removal was evaluated by image analysis. RESULTS: At 1 mm from anatomical apex, the debris removal efficacy of NP group and CN group was 99.34% and 97.83% respec- tively( P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION : Apical negative pressure irrigation is more effective in debris removal than con-ventional needle irrigation.
