摘要 目的:分析糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)对种植义齿周围组织的影响。方法:采取病例对照研究,选取84例种植病例,根据Hb A1c值分为A组(Hb A1c≤6.0),B组(6<Hb A1c≤8.0),C组(8.0<Hb A1c<10.0),分别测量种植体植入时、种植义齿修复后1年种植体周围组织的变化情况。结果:种植后1年,C组的边缘骨水平(MBL)和改良龈沟出血指数(PD)与A、B组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各项指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:高血糖是导致种植体周围炎和失败的危险因素,建议种植患者应该将Hb A1c控制在合理的范围内。 AIM: To investigate the effect of HbA1c in blood on the hard and soft tissues around the dental implant. METHODS : A case - control study was conducted. 84 patients with implant dentures were included. , The patients were divided into 3 groups based on HbA1c level, in group A HbA1c ≤6. 0, in group B 6. 0 〈 HbA1c ≤8.0 and in group C 8. 0 〈 HbA1c 〈 10. 0. Modified sulcus bleeding index ( msBI) and marginal bone level ( MBL) were measured at baseline and 1 year after dental implant insertion. RESULTS : One year after implant insertion, the rate of peri - implantitis in group C was higher than in group A (P 〈0. 05). The msBI and MBI in group C was higher than that in group A and group B ( P 〈 0. 05 ). NO significant difference was observed between group B and C. CONCLU-SION :High blood glucose is a risk factor for peri - implantitis.
