摘要
针对公租房退出机制不能有效运转的问题,从隐性收入评估视角,提出一种基于2可加模糊测度的公租房退出决策模型。该模型首先利用三角模糊数量化模糊等级,利用λ-截集将三角模糊数简化为区间数;然后,提出一种基于区间属性权重和相关系数的2可加模糊测度确定方法,并从理论上证明了该方法的有效性;最后,对传统Choquet模糊积分进行改进,提出一种基于优化模型的区间Choquet模糊积分算子。实例推演表明:该文提出的决策模型可以应用于社区的公租房退出管理实践中。
To solve the exit problem of public rental housing,this paper presents an exit decision model based on 2-order additive fuzzy measures from the evaluation perspective of invisible income.In the exit decision model,triangular fuzzy numbers are used to describe fuzzy grade and triangular fuzzy numbers are simplified with λ cut sets.This paper proposes an identification method of 2-order additive fuzzy measures based on weights and correlation coefficients of experts.The feasibility of theexit decision model is proved theoretically.The traditional Choquet fuzzy integral is improved and the interval-valued Choquet fuzzy integral based on optimization model is proposed.An illustrative example shows that the exit decision model this paper proposed can be applied to solve the exit problem of public rental housing communities.
