摘要
随着经济社会的发展和生活节奏的加快,我国快速消费品行业的快速发展呈现出的巨大潜力,使零售市场再度成为耀眼的明星。快速消费品(FMCG or PMCG)包括食品、个人卫生用品、烟草、酒类和饮料等。快速消费品行业是目前市场中相对利润率最丰厚、销售规模最大、发展速度较快的一个行业。在生产能力和市场占有率相当的不同快速消费品企业中,配送及配送的信息化管理已成为企业竞争的关键。文中从我国快速消费品配送行业的发展现状入手,通过对微观企业的研究透视整个行业的概况。通过对当前快速消费品配送系统的研究与分析,得出配送系统的意义及实现配送的高效率和低成本的对策。
With the development of the economy and the accelerated pace of life,the industry of Fast Moving Consumer Goods in our country has made a rapid development and it's huge potential makes the retail market of our country's become a shinning star. The FMCG includes food,personal hygienic products,tobacco,alcohol and drinks and so on. Fast-moving consumer goods industry is a competitive market is relatively the most lucrative profit margins,sales of the largest,an industry development faster. In production capacity and market share is quite different in the enterprise of the fast consumer goods,delivery and distribution of information management become the key of enterprise competition. This article from the current situation of the development of the fast moving consumer goods distribution industry,based on the research of the micro enterprise perspective an overview of the whole industry. Based on the research of the current fast-moving consumer goods distribution system,it is concluded that the meaning of the distribution system and to achieve the high efficiency and low cost of the distribution of countermeasures.
